On January 3, 2022, APi Group Corporation closed the transaction. The company issued 592,610 shares to new investor Juno Lower Holdings L.P. as assignee of BTO Juno Holdings L.P. for $592,610,000 and 7,390 shares to new investor FD Juno Holdings L.P. as assignee of Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Fund – FD L.P. for 7,390,000, and 196,000 shares to Viking Global Equities Master Ltd. for $196,000,000 and 4,000 shares to Viking Global Equities II LP for $4,000,000.
