Western Digital Corporation announced that it has raised $900 million in a round of funding led by new investor, Apollo Global Management, Inc. on January 31, 2023. The transaction also included participation from other existing investors, Elliott Investment Management L.P. and Elliott Management Corporation. Rayman will join the board seat of the company.
