Aqua Corporation Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Chalie Dithaluksana has resigned from the position of Independent Director and Audit Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration due to an increase in other business, and then he cannot perform his duty efficiently. The resignation has been effective from 14 October 2021 onward.
