We Are All Caregivers recognizes kindness, serving others, and striving to do more, understanding the work being done by Aramark team members directly impacts the lives of others.

How Winners Are Chosen

Each quarter, teams submit stories from their accounts to compete for the privilege of being recognized in We Are All Caregivers. Recipients are selected by each Aramark Healthcare+ Regional Vice President for the narrative that best meets the business' mission criteria examples, which includes the following:

We Serve: Works passionately every day to care for patients, care teams, and each other; connects with nurses and nursing leaders as a team; and works through challenges.

We Solve: Creative in problem-solving, service recovery, and feedback communication; and innovates with new ideas and best practices to solve problems and improve the process.

We Strengthen: Fosters opportunities between team and client to grow business; and supports the community outside of the hospital.

Teams must also provide proof of their actions, which could include recognition from patients, a top-level client, another caregiver, or guest; exceeding safety, productivity and/or satisfaction standards; volunteering in community outreach and events; or making a positive financial impact on the business, to name a few.
