ARC Document Solutions, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2020. For the quarter, the company announced net sales of USD 64.319 million compared to USD 98.873 million a year ago. Income from operations was USD 2.682 million compared to USD 5.762 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1.420 million compared to USD 0.512 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.03 compared to USD 0.01 a year ago.
For the six months, the company announced net sales of USD 152.744 million compared to USD 195.995 million a year ago. Income from operations was USD 5.344 million compared to USD 7.905 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1.882 million compared to USD 0.959 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.05 compared to USD 0.02 a year ago.
