The San Ramon, California-based company said it had a loss of 2 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 5 cents per share.

The provider of document services to businesses posted revenue of $68.9 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $8.2 million, or 19 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $281.2 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $2.70. A year ago, they were trading at $3.34.
