CALGARY, Alberta (AP) _ Arc Resources Ltd. (AETUF) on Thursday reported a loss of $100.1 million in its second quarter.

The Calgary, Alberta-based company said it had a loss of 14 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 13 cents per share.

The oil and natural gas company posted revenue of $1 billion in the period.

Arc Resources shares have climbed 62% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 84% in the last 12 months.
