Arcadium Lithium said that a recent court ruling in Argentina wouldn't affect its existing mining projects.

A court in the Argentinian province of Catamarca issued a ruling which temporarily halts the issuance of new permits in the Los Patos River area until the government completes an environmental impact assessment.

Arcadium said that its mining operations and expansion activities at Fenix and Sal de Vida projects would be unaffected, adding that its existing permits are still valid.
