Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. acquired an additional 5% stake in Hunan Valin Steel Co. Ltd. (SZSE:000932) from ArcelorMittal (ENXTAM:MT) on February 6, 2013. ArcelorMittal decreased from 30% to 25% stake in Hunan Valin Steel. ArcelorMittal exercised its put option and the exercise price per share is CNY 4. The total proceeds were reinvested into a capital increase and the acquisition of an additional 16% interest in Valin ArcelorMittal Automotive Steel.

Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of an additional 5% stake in Hunan Valin Steel Co. Ltd. (SZSE:000932) from ArcelorMittal (ENXTAM:MT) on February 6, 2013.
