Archrock, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.145 per share of common stock, or $0.58 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on May 17, 2021 to all stockholders of record on May 10, 2021.

It provides comprehensive contract operations services, such as personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to meet its customerâs natural gas compression needs.
