SageSure Insurance Managers, LLC announced that it has raised $250 million in an equity round of funding co-led by new investors, AmWINS Group, Inc. and Flexpoint Ford, LLC on May 16, 2023. The transaction also included participation from new investor, Ares Management Corporation. As a part of transaction, AmWINS Group, Inc. and Flexpoint Ford, LLC will each appoint a representative to the company's board of directors.
The round is raised at a post-money valuation of $1,000,000,000.
