Arianne Phosphate Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the development of its Lac a Paul phosphate property located in Quebec, Canada. The Lac a Paul Project is located approximately 200 kilometers north of the city of Saguenay in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region, located in Quebec, Canada. The Lac a Paul property consists of approximately 500 map-designated claims and covers an area of approximately 27,000 hectares or approximately 270 square kilometers. The Lac a Paul apatite deposits are located in the Lac-Saint-Jean Anorthositic Suite (LSJAS), which belongs to the Grenville Geological Province. The Lac a Paul property consists mafic to ultramafic rocks, including anorthosite, gabbros, norite, trocotites and also some pyroxenite, dunite and peridotite.
