SAGUENAY, QC, May 5, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Arianne Phosphate (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSXV: DAN) (OTC: DRRSF) (FRANKFURT: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac à Paul project in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Beck will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer as of May 5th, 2021. He will also join the Board of Directors.

Mr. Beck was the founding Managing Partner and Chairman of Ocean Partners Holding Limited, a base and precious metal concentrate trading house, from 2004 through 2020. Mr Beck is a graduate of Queen's University (Mining) and the University of Tennessee (MBA).

Mr. Brian Ostroff, will become President of the Company and, by using his strong background in finance and business development, continue to manage investor relationships, old and new, as well as equity financing, business initiatives and partnerships.

As well, Arianne today has announced a grant of 550,000 stock options to members of the Board of Directors and senior management. Each Option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company until May 4, 2031 at a price of $0.50 per share , this being the closing price of the Company's shares on the trading day preceding the date of the grant. The Options are subject to a vesting period and are also subject to regulatory approval.

Jean-Sébastien David, P.Geo., Qualified Person by NI 43-101, has approved this release. Mr. David is also the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
