Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate Company KSCP is a Kuwait-based shareholding company engaged in real estate investment and property management activities in accordance to Islamic Sharia principles. The Company manages, operates and maintenances real estate, which is owned by the Company, others and government, as well as participates in real estate portfolios managed by specialist real estate investment managers. In addition, the Company invests its surplus funds in equity investments. The Company also offers real estate research, studies and financial analysis to investors. In August, 2013, the Company sold a plot of land in Hawalli area. In June, 2014, the Company sold 11 plots of land in Mahboula area.
