Prayon S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire Febex S.A from Arkema S.A. (ENXTPA:AKE) on October 28, 2022. In 2021, Febex generated revenues of €30 million. The transaction is subject to information and prior consultation process with employee representative bodies in France and to approval by the relevant Swiss authorities.
The transaction is expected to close in the 1st quarter of 2023.
