Arribatec : Notification of trade by primary insiders

Per Ronny Stav, CEO of Arribatec Solutions ASA, has through Arriba Invest AS, a
company controlled by Mr. Stav, today purchased 82.841 shares in Arribatec
Solutions ASA at an average price of NOK 1.6815 pr share. After this transaction
Mr.Stav directly and indirectly controls 80.690.406 share in the company.
