Arvind Limited announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was INR 18,790.3 million compared to INR 18,630.3 million a year ago. Net income was INR 640.1 million compared to INR 1,089.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.48 compared to INR 2.43 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.47 compared to INR 2.42 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was INR 2.48 compared to INR 4.22 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was INR 2.47 compared to INR 4.21 a year ago. For the full year, total revenue was INR 72,259.2 million compared to INR 68,677.1 million a year ago. Net income was INR 2,262.3 million compared to INR 3,094.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 9.15 compared to INR 9.97 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 9.14 compared to INR 9.95 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was INR 8.75 compared to INR 11.97 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was INR 8.74 compared to INR 11.95 a year ago.
Arvind Limited is an India-based vertically integrated textile company. The Company operates through three segments: Textiles, Advanced Materials and Others. The Textiles segment includes fabrics, garments, and fabric retail.
