Latvijas Gaze AS (Latvijas Gaze JSC) is a Latvia-based company, which is engaged in the energy supply sector. The Company is primarily involved in the import and sales of natural gas in the territory of Latvia, as well as supply of gas transmission and storage services to foreign companies, located in Estonia, the Russian Federation and Lithuania. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholders were E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH and Gazprom JSC with a stake of 47.2% and 34%, respectively.
