AS ONE Corporation (TSE:7476) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 140,000 shares, representing 0.37% of its share capital, for ¥700 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment and shareholder returns and improvement of capital efficiency.

The program will expire on September 30, 2022. As of March 31, 2022, the company had 37,387,234 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 3,989,036 shares in treasury.
