Everactive, Inc. announced that it has received $35.3766 million in funding from Fluke Corporation, TOP Ventures, 40 North Management LLC, Asahi Kasei Corporation and other investors

On January 13, 2021, Everactive, Inc. closed the transaction. The company raised its second tranche, bringing the total gross proceeds raised in the transaction to $35,376,600. The transaction included participation from 19 investors including new investors TOP Ventures, 40 North Ventures LP, a fund managed by 40 North Management LLC, and Asahi Kasei Corporation (TSE:3407). The transaction was oversubscribed.
