The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company") hereby informs that in order to execute Resolution no. 1 of the EGM from March 28th, 2022, the Company during market sessions between 27th May - 1st June 2022, purchased a total number of 20,000 own shares.

The average unit price of the purchase was PLN 12.74 per share.

The nominal value per share is USD 0.20 for 1 share.

The purchased package is 0.036% of share capital and gives 20,000 votes (0.036%) at the AGM.

After this transaction, the Company has a total of 200,000 own shares, representing 0.36% of share capital and giving 200,000 votes 0.36% at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Średnia jednostkowa cena zakupu wyniosła 12,74 zł za akcję.
