According to the findings of Universum's ideal employer research for 2014, ASELSAN has been ranked first in the engineering/information technology category in Turkey. Universum carries out research on university students' perception of ideal employer over more than 500,000 students in 35 countries. The research in Turkey was conducted with approximately 19,000 students from 30 universities for the year 2014.


ASELSAN, leaving behind Google and Microsoft, has been placed first in the list of ideal employers for the year 2014 by students who pursue an engineering/information technology degree in Turkey, published by Universum based on the career expectations and choices of over 19,000 students. Aselsan was ranked third in the last year's list.
According to Evrim Turan, Managing Partner for Dinamo Consulting and the Director of Universum's Middle East Region, the research for Turkey's ideal employers for 2014, targeting the human resource consisting of the Y-generation, points out the increase of the items on the 'to-do' list for employers aiming to atttract those youngsters.

In 2014, the youth defines an ideal company to work for as "showing trust, respecting people, supporting creative and dynamic thought, and truely global".
"Professional education and improvement opportunities" are perceived among the most valuable assets to be offered by employers as was the case last year.
