Weatherseal Fenestration Private Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 190 million in funding from Asian Paints Limited

Weatherseal Fenestration Private Limited announced that it has entered into a share subscription agreement for a private placement for gross proceeds with new investor, Asian Paints Limited for gross proceeds of INR 190,000,000 on April 1, 2022. As part of the round, investor will acquire 51% stake in the company.
