Notice Regarding Completion of Payment for Disposal of Treasury Stock as

Restricted Stock Remuneration

ASKUL Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby announces that it today completed the procedure of payments in kind regarding the disposal of treasury stock as restricted stock remuneration, which the board of directors resolved in its meeting held on August 4, 2021, as described below.
