ASKUL Corporation (the "Company") announces that in order to further strengthen its execution capabilities and inter-organizational collaboration to realize its medium-term management plan as well as promote appointments of next-generation human resources for the future, effective March 1, 2022, the Company will adapt new corporate structure as stated below:
■Establishment of COO Position
A new COO (Chief Operating Officer) will be established to be in charge of ASKUL Business Unit, ASKUL Sales Unit, LOHACO Business Unit, Merchandising Unit, Logistics Unit, Technology Unit, and Customer Service Unit and Executive Officer, Katsuhiro Kawamura will assume this position.
