ASSA ABLOY AB (publ) (OM:ASSA B) acquired Capital Door Service on August 11, 2021. Sales in 2020 amounted to about $17. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start. ASSA ABLOY AB (publ) (OM:ASSA B) completed the acquisition of Capital Door Service on August 11, 2021.
