Gabriela Żukowicz, the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland, was ranked 5th in the ranking of "100 Women in Business" in the category of companies with sales exceeding PLN 50 million. The ranking was prepared by the "Puls Biznesu" daily. It is a list of 100 most enterprising women in Poland. Its role is, among others, to appreciate the growing importance of women in business management and their impact on the economy.

I prefer partner management based on cooperation. Such a style of management and understanding of business is close to the founder of Asseco; he cooperates on such principles, naturally promotes such a model and expects similar mechanisms of operation from his managerial colleagues, said Gabriela Żukowicz. It is worth emphasizing that Asseco, being a company based on the federative model, has partnership written all over it. Such a partnership model is also applied in our cooperation with other companies within the Group. When a new company joins the Asseco Group, we always respect its principles and organizational culture, she added.

Asseco is the leader of digitization in Poland* and the largest IT company in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. For 30 years it has been creating technologically advanced software for companies in key sectors of the economy. The company is present in 60 countries worldwide and employs approx. 29 thousand people. It has been growing both organically and through acquisitions, of which it has made over 110 since 2004. Asseco companies are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
