We have been supporting our customers on their digitalization journeys with our innovative products and services for many years now. One of the significant projects in this area, presented in this newsletter, has been completed recently with Crédit Agricole bank in Serbia, which implemented a fully digital cash loan origination system for its customers powered by Digital Origination by ASEE. In this newsletter edition, you will also find a success story with Banka Poštanska Štedionica on a large-scale and demanding project of implementing and making the instant payment system fully operational within a short time frame.

We have also continued to be active and successful in the e-Commmerce domain. In Turkey Payten completed the first online transaction with card tokenization in the insurance industry and in Bosnia & Herzegovina we did a successful eCommerce implementation for SberBank AD.

This year ASEE offer has been enriched with many new solutions with recent examples being: a new version of SxS security access server which provides our clients with the most secure digital customer journey; Asseco Business Correspondence (ABC) as a brand new content services platform that helps organizations empower the content and improve process management, along with Digital Assistant as an intelligent chatbot that can significantly improve communication with customers.

Growth in e-Commerce and new business lines in POS of Payten and improving efficiency in ASEE together with the increased demand for multichannel solutions and mobile banking contributed to the growth of ASEE Group in Q3 2020. In October we announced 20 per cent growth in operating profit in Q3 compared with a corresponding period of the previous year.

At the end I'd like to add that we are also continuously working on strengthening our internal processes to maintain the position of a reliable partner to our clients and I'm pleased to announce that Asseco SEE in Serbia and Chip Card are among first companies in Europe and the region holding a certificate of compliance with GDPR and related privacy legislation (ISO 27701).
