The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are hotel and related services, and rental and rendering of commercial building services. Its core focus of real estate development and management projects encompass two business groups: Hospitality, and Retail and Commercial Buildings (covering retail, and wholesale and office), which support integrated lifestyles. In its Hospitality segment, it develops and owns a diverse portfolio of hotel properties across Thailand. It develops, owns, and operates a portfolio of contemporary and shopping and lifestyle destinations. Its investment properties consist of retail and wholesale properties and office properties. The Company has approximately 22 hospitality properties, four commercial buildings and nine retail and wholesale properties.
