Assicurazioni Generali S p A : Repeal of the explicit reference to the par value of shares

Trieste - We hereby inform that, due to the formal lodging with the Venezia Giulia Company's Register at this date of the amendment to the articles of associations adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company on April 29^th 2021 and subsequently approved by IVASS, the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts to € 1,581,069,241 subdivided into 1,581,069,241 ordinary registered shares with no explicit par value, as illustrated in the following table.
