Howden Italia Holdings S.R.L. agreed to acquire a 4.705% stake in Assiteca S.p.A. (BIT:ASSI) for €11.3 million on June 9, 2022. The transaction has been approved by regulatory approval. The subscription period for the offer will start on June 15, 2022 to July 5, 2022.

As of July 6, 2022, the transaction is expected to be closed on July 12, 2022.
