GREEN BAY, Wis. - December 1, 2020 - Associated Bank announces the promotion of Erik Swan to the role of senior vice president, corporate banking team leader, Commercial Banking. He is responsible for leading the Corporate Banking team in its business development and client relationship efforts in the Northeastern Wisconsin market.

With over 20 years of commercial banking experience, Swan has been a member of the Associated Bank team since 1996. Previously, he held the position of senior vice president, district senior credit officer, where he was responsible for credit approvals and portfolio monitoring for commercial banking in the State of Wisconsin and the bank's community markets strategy.

Swan holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and Bachelor of Science degrees in business administration and biblical studies from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul.

In the community, he is a member of the board of directors for the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce and a past board member of the Packerland Kennel and Ashwaubenon Swim Clubs.
