Pabst Theater Group operates various well-known locations in and around downtown Milwaukee, including the Riverside Theater, the Pabst Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall Ballroom and the Back Room at Colectivo. The Pabst Theater is also a part of the Associated Bank River Center complex located at 815 N. Water St., which is owned by the Bank. Previously named the Milwaukee Center, Associated Bank purchased the building in 2016 and has been since redeveloping the site with an expected completion date of Q3 2022. Once completed, the Associated Bank River Center will bring together the best of Milwaukee - the arts, finance, business, tourism and dining inspiring and inspired by the city.

"When choosing partners, we look for two specific things: 1.) a relationship to and belief in bettering Milwaukee and Wisconsin and 2). a strong focus on developing community and the ability to exceed our community's expectations," said Gary Witt, president and CEO of the Pabst Theater Group. "As a Wisconsin-based company, Associated Bank's philosophy, when it comes to improving areas of need in Milwaukee and the greater state, aligns perfectly with that of the Pabst Theater Group and the impact we work hard to make on our city. With Associated Bank's latest investment in Milwaukee's downtown, we're excited to work together to find new opportunities to improve the city around us while, at the same time, enhance the many ways that both of our customer bases will now be able to experience live entertainment downtown."
