Astec LifeSciences Limited recommended final dividend of 15% on the Equity Share Capital of the company, that is INR 1.50 per Equity Share of Face Value of INR 10 each for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of Shareholders at the upcoming 27th Annual General Meeting of the company. The dividend will be paid by August 6, 2021.
