          Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
          Officers.

On April 6, 2021, Raj Mellacheruvu informed Astrotech Corporation (the "Company") of his intention to resign from his positions as the Company's Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and as Chief Executive Officer of the 1st Detect subsidiary, effective April 20, 2021. Mr. Mellacheruvu's resignation is not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter.
