ACQUISITION OF A BUILDING IN THE HEART OF THE PARIS BUSINESS DISTRICT,

16TH ARRONDISSEMENT (FRANCE)

ATENOR announces the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of a building of approximately 5,000 m² located at 186 Avenue Victor Hugo, in the heart of the "Central Business District (CBD)" of Paris (France), in the 16th arrondissement. This essential place of activity is one of the most prestigious and important employment centres in the French capital.

ATENOR intends to redevelop the existing building to offer a newly restructured, certified office building of the highest quality, while retaining the character of the building. The total area of the building makes it possible to offer something rare on the CBD market that is both sought after and delineated.

This project is a perfect fit with ATENOR's mission: an international and sustainable urban developer, which places in targeted markets a real estate offer combining the highest environmental and quality of life standards thus responding to the "post covid" evolutions.

This operation confirms ATENOR's capacity and willingness to strengthen its presence in the office market and to move on to the second stage of its development strategy, which consists of consolidating the number of projects in the countries where the company is present.

As a result of this new high quality acquisition, the number of projects developed by ATENOR is increased to 34 and represents an area of around 1,300,000 m². These projects are located in Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders (Belgium), The Hague (Netherlands), Luxembourg, in the Paris region (France), Lisbon (Portugal), Düsseldorf (Germany), Warsaw (Poland ), Budapest (Hungary), Bucharest (Romania), as well as in London (United Kingdom).
