ATENOR : WellBe Lisbon, launching of the construction works

Last week, Atenor signed the consignation for the start of the works of its 1st project in Lisbon with the contractors HCI, Alves Ribeiro and Grupo AFA and RockBuilding for the fiscalization

WellBe will be a landmark office building offering 29,000 sqm of large floorplates with fantastic river view. The project is ideally located on the main avenue in Parque das Nações and benefits from excellent public transport connectivity.

Fully adhering to ESG standards, the building will provide the highest level of sustainability and well-being. WellBe is Lisbon's first significant contemporary office building to qualify for Passive House certification and Well Platinum. The building has been prequalified for a BREEAM Excellent and WiredScore Gold certification.

Finally, aligned with the EU Taxonomy criteria, WellBe will substantially contribute to the ambitions of the city of Lisbon for the reduction of carbon emissions.
