NEW INVESTMENT IN AUDERGHEM (BRUSSELS)

Press release

La Hulpe, 13 February 2017

ATENOR reports that it has entered an exclusivity period with the limited liability company Immo-Beaulieu for the acquisition of a leasehold on the two buildings of the Beaulieu Certificate located in Auderghem (Brussels).

These two buildings of a total surface of 24,000 m² are ideally located in the Beaulieu - Delta district, currently undergoing significant urbanistic evolution.

Technically independent, the "Beaulieu" buildings house the Commission of the European Union through a right of usufruct ending on 31 December 2020, generating annual fees of €6 million.

The transaction remains subject to the positive conclusion of a complete due diligence and to the approval of the General Meeting of the Beaulieu Certificate holders.

This new investment fits perfectly into ATENOR's strategy to target large-size complexes in excellent locations, in order to offer the market high-performance buildings.

In this new project, ATENOR demonstrates its role as major stakeholder in real-estate development and its involvement in the development of an attractive, constantly evolving city.

ATENOR is a real estate development company quoted on Euronext Brussels. Its mission aims at providing, through its urban planning and architectural approach, appropriate responses to the new requirements imposed by the development of urban and professional life. Within this framework, ATENOR is investing in large scale property projects meeting strict criteria in terms of location, economic efficiency and respect for the environment.
