Atento Receives NYSE Notice Regarding Continued Listing Criteria

New York, April 19, 2023 - Atento S.A. (NYSE: ATTO, "Atento" or the "Company"), one of the largest providers worldwide and the leading company in customer relationship services and business process outsourcing (CRM / BPO) in Latin America, reports that, on March 20, 2023 it received written notice (the "NYSE Notification") from the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") that the Company's total market capitalization was less than US$50 million over a 30 trading-day period while its stockholders' equity was less than US$50 million, below NYSE's continued listing criteria.

The Company aims to notify the NYSE of its intent to submit a plan to the NYSE that would bring the Company into conformity with the NYSE continued listing criteria. In accordance with applicable NYSE procedures, the Company intends to submit a plan within 90 days of the Company's receipt of the NYSE Notification advising the NYSE of the definitive actions the Company has taken, and is taking, to bring the Company into compliance with NYSE continued listing criteria within 18 months of receipt of the NYSE Notification (the "Cure Period"). The NYSE will review the plan and, within 45 days of receipt, determine whether the Company has made a reasonable demonstration of an ability to conform to the relevant criteria in the Cure Period.

If the plan is accepted by the NYSE, the Company's common stock will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE during the Cure Period, subject to the Company's compliance with other continued listing criteria and semi-annual reviews by the NYSE of the Company's compliance with the plan.

The NYSE Notification does not affect the Company's business operations or its SEC reporting requirements, nor does it conflict with or cause an event of default under any of the Company's material debt or other agreements.
