Atlantia: disposal of the entire stake in Lusoponte
CET 20.15 Rome, 25 June 2021 - Atlantia announces that its subsidiary Autostrade Portugal has signed today a definitive agreement for the sale to MM Capital Partners Co, of its entire stake held in the Portuguese concessionaire Lusoponte, which manages the two bridges crossing the Tagus River in Lisbon.
