Atlantic City Electric Company (ACE) is engaged in the transmission, distribution and default supply of electricity. The Company serves portions of Southern New Jersey. ACE's electric distribution service territory consists of Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland and Salem counties in southern New Jersey. The service territory covers approximately 2,700 square miles. The Company's service territories include various industries: commercial activities in the region include professional services, government, educational and health services, casinos and tourism, and industrial activities, including chemical, glass, food processing and oil refining. ACE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Conectiv, LLC (Conectiv), which is wholly owned by Pepco Holdings, Inc. (Pepco Holdings).
