Atlantic Sapphire ASA ("the Company") announces that Cristina Espejo and
Danielle Villoch have been promoted internally to the Executive Management team
of the Company. 

Ms. Espejo has been promoted to Chief People Officer. Prior to joining the
Company as Head of Talent in 2019, she held senior executive roles in DNV GL and
in Cosentino. Ms. Espejo is an accomplished executive and board member with more
than 15 years of experience across a broad array of industries such as food &
beverage, engineering, services, climate change, retail and distribution,
maritime, oil and gas, and infrastructure.

Ms. Villoch has been promoted to Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Atlantic
Sapphire as Head of Legal in 2020, Ms. Villoch was a senior associate in the
Projects and Infrastructure, Latin America, Capital Markets and Global Finance
Practice Groups at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in New York.  While at Gibson
Dunn, Ms. Villoch focused on infrastructure projects and various types of debt
financing, with substantial experience in public-private partnerships, project
bonds, Rule 144a/Reg S offerings and liability management transactions, in the
U.S. and in Latin America.
