Alexander Reus, board member and primary insider, has today acquired 34,000
shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at an average price of NOK 75.6 per share. 

Following the transaction, Mr. Reus directly holds 34,000 shares in the Company,
the equivalent of 0.0% of the outstanding shares. In addition, a family trust
controlled by a related party of Mr. Reus holds 1,601,051 shares in the Company,
corresponding to 2.0% of the total shares outstanding in the Company.
