STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial toolmaker Atlas Copco AB said Thursday that it has agreed to buy Ceres Technologies Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer and designer of gas and vapor delivery equipment for the semiconductor industry.

The acquisition also includes the assets of two affiliates, North Park Metalworkers Inc. and Peak Precision Technologies Inc, it added.

Atlas Copco said the combined revenue of the acquired companies totaled around $41 million in 2021, and the companies have about 185 employees.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close during the second quarter of 2022, it said.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
