ATM : Changes in the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of ATM S.A.

Legal grounds: Article 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and interim information

The Management Board of ATM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: 'Company', 'Issuer') hereby notify that on this day the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted the resolutions concerning the following:

• Appointment of Mr. S³awomir Koszo³ko to the position of the President of the Management Board as of this day;
• Shortening the assignment of Mr. Piotr Sieluk to the function of the President of the Management Board of the Company - the said assignment expired upon adoption of the resolution in question;
• Appointment of Mr. Piotr Sieluk to the position of the Vice Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. S³awomir Koszo³ko has been engaged in the telecommunications industry and the sector of data center services for nearly 20 years. He began his professional career in 1997 at Arthur Andersen, a consulting firm. Since the very beginning he worked mainly for telecommunications sector clients in the capacity of a consultant. In 2001 he began to work at the position of a Manager in charge of the regulation, strategy and development areas at Energis Polska, an operator entering the Polish market. In 2006, after Energis Polska had been taken over by GTS Polska, he got engaged professionally in a newly formed integrated firm, where he worked until 2014. For most of the time, at first at GTS Energis, and thereafter at GTS Polska, he worked at the position of Strategy and Marketing Director. After the integration of GTS Polska with T-Mobile Polska, from October 2015 to May 2017, he worked at T-Mobile Polska where, in the capacity of Department Director, he was initially in charge of the marketing and business development areas in the business client segment, and during the last year - the corporate strategy of the entire firm. Mr. S³awomir Koszo³ko obtained his master's degree at the Warsaw School of Economics at the Faculty of Finance and Banking. Moreover, he graduated from the Manchester Business School obtaining the MBA degree.

Mr. S³awomir Koszo³ko represented that as at the appointment to the position:

• He is not engaged in business pursued beyond the Issuer's enterprise which might be competitive therewith, or participate in any competitive undertaking, either as a partner in a civil law business partnership, partnership or as a member of any corporate governing body, or participate in any other competitive body corporate as a member of its governing body.

Moreover, he is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept according to the Act on National Court Register.
