06.11.2014 Changes to ATM S.A. Management Board

ATM S.A. has announced that its supervisory board has appointed Tadeusz Czichon, up to now the company's Vice-President and its largest shareholder (through ATP FIZAN), to the position of company President.

Tadeusz Czichon has been part of the management of the company since 1989 (from 1989 to 1994 it operated under the name ATM Production Enterprise). Over that time the company has grown into Poland's largest provider of data centre services, including colocation, hosting and cloud computing, as well as a leading broadband provider. Tadeusz Czichon has played a significant role in that success. To date he has been responsible for the company's financial affairs, among others, and since 2004, when the company débuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, he has also had responsibility for relations with investors.

"I will make every effort to ensure that the capital entrusted to the company by its shareholders remains secure and not only brings profits in the form of dividends, but is also multiplied through growth in the size of the company's business and consequently in its market value. We are the leader in the extremely dynamic and promising data centre services market. We have a huge sales potential which is capable of satisfying the rapidly increasing demand. We would like to put that potential to use even more effectively," says Tadeusz Czichon.

The post of President of ATM S.A. was previously held by Maciej Krzyżanowski, who today resigned from the company's management board. Maciej Krzyżanowski has been with ATM S.A. since 2002. After heading the telecommunications services sales division, in 2009 he was appointed to the management board as Vice-President. Following the splitting off of IT integration operations in the second quarter of 2012, Krzyżanowski became President of ATM S.A. During that time the company has become the leader in the Polish market for colocation and data centre services, while also successfully carrying out an ambitious programme of investment in the expansion of its colocation space. Neither the company nor Maciej Krzyżanowski has made any comment on the reasons for his resignation.

In appointing Tadeusz Czichon to the position of President, the supervisory board is confident that the company will be able to continue the dynamic expansion that it has enjoyed up to the present time. Today the supervisory board also appointed a new company Vice-President, Jacek Krupa, who joined ATM S.A. in 2001, and since 2007 has been Director of the Telecommunications Services Department - one of company's largest sales departments.

"ATM is a company with great possibilities. It possesses a superb team, skills acquired over many years, and expert knowledge. It has carried out investment projects which give it a practically unlimited sales potential for data centre services in the coming years. It holds all the cards that will enable it to dynamically increase its sales both domestically and abroad," announced Jacek Krupa.
