On 31 May 2021, the Company issued 4,000,000 options to Bondi Partners in consideration for provision of strategic advisory services. These options were issued as part of Bondi Partners¿ appointment to assist with the development and execution of Atomo¿s US go-to-market strategy and commercial engagements across both public and private sectors. Tranche 1 (2,000,000 options) will vest on 31 October 2022 subject to Atomo extending Bondi Partners¿ consultancy engagement for a further period of at least six (6) months (in Atomo¿s sole discretion).
