Atos said it received a confirmatory offer from the French state to acquire part of its former advanced computing business.
The French information technology company said Monday that the offer is to acquire Eviden's advanced computing business, excluding newly separated Vision artificial intelligence activities.
The enterprise value is of 410 million euros ($465.3 million), including 110 million euros contingent earn outs, it said.
The agreement is planned to be signed in the coming weeks, with closing of the transaction expected in 2026, it said.
