Atos announced on Monday that it has received a firm offer from the French government to acquire part of its former Advanced Computing business, excluding Vision AI activities, for an enterprise value of €410 million.
The offer includes a conditional earn-out of €110 million based on profitability indicators for the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years, the French software group said in a statement.
The scope of the transaction, which is expected to close in 2026, is projected to generate approximately €0.8 billion in revenue this year, the statement added.
Atos also noted that the group's 2028 financial trajectory, as presented during the Capital Markets Day on May 14, remains unchanged despite the planned divestiture.
