Atos unveiled its 2028 targets on Wednesday during the presentation of its "Genesis" strategic plan at the French IT services group's Capital Markets Day.

The plan, which aims to restore "profitable and sustainable" growth, is set to enable Atos to reach between 9 and 10 billion euros in revenue by 2028, with an operating margin of around 10%.

The company announced its intention to adopt a simplified structure, transforming its asset portfolio into a unified Group centered around two distinct brands, Atos and Eviden.

Additionally, Atos aims to reduce its general and administrative expenses to about 5% of revenue--a two-point decrease from the current level--through workforce reductions and a 10% cut in discretionary spending, according to the company's statement.

No dividend payments or share buyback programs are planned before 2028, the statement added.
